We used the carts Sunday, and the new handles worked great. They are an excellent upgrade to the original handles and proof that your company does some R&D and stands behind your product. There are too few companies with customer service that is truly customer-oriented. I will definitely remind people who ask about our Hill Billys about your outstanding customer service...... My wife and I continue to enjoy the trolleys and we'll encourage others at our club to purchase more of these marvelous imports. It's brought the joy of walking back again.
